The menu here is so diverse and when we seemed unsure of what to order, the cafe owner introduced himself and helped us. Then another manager approached us to ask if he could help with anything. Their staff had broad smiles and were eager to help. This level of customer service is not always part of the kosher dining experience and has definitely left an impression

We like milk street because they always get it right, and they will work with you and let you know early if they don't have something. Highly recommend them to other departments all the time. The only thing we don't like sometimes is to much bread so we will order wraps.

Not only was the food excellent and well priced, the kosher certification was high caliber. To top it off the owner came over and spent some time with my family and giving us the history of the restaurant.

Incredible place with kosher and really healthy and substantial food options. If you love salads, this is your place. You have tons of options for the components, right down to which types of greens to include, and they make it to order. It's pricey, but you're paying for quality food. Worth it!

On vacation from NYC and used to really great restaurants. This was as good and better than what we were used to. Food--really top notch! Service -- superb...Nicole helped us and was as nice as they come!! We will definitely be returning.

This place is amazing for lunch. Salads, home-cooked meals,...an endless variety of choices and something for everyone. My coworkers and I go often and we have always been pleased. Lunch will set you back $10-12 but it's worth it. Fast, friendly service. The fact that it's kosher doesn't matter one way or another to me: it's simply one of the best lunch places in the Downtown Crossing area.

We were in Boston due to canceled flights so we investigated the city. On our way back to hotel we discovered this gem! Had no idea it was a kosher eatery. We just liked the menu options and the inviting atmosphere. Had the best! If I lived in this cool city I would make this place my favorite go to lunch place. The staff were awesome! Highly recommend.
